I have been doing this for over a decade across 300+ projects in 30+ countries.

In the last couple of years, I have been deeply focused on AI and LLM adoption — finding practical ways to bring these tools into NetSuite workflows and business processes. Not hype, but real use cases that save time and reduce errors.
